The recent invasion of Ukraine by Russia has been all over the news and on the minds of many people, not least of which Christians. What do we make of this? In the Christian context, some have come out and pointed to this event being directly linked to predictive prophecies in the Bible. Is there any substance to this claim however? As believers, we are called to be watchful as the day of Jesus Christ's return nears.
