When it comes to trying to achieve fat/weight loss one of the most common problems I hear is how do I control hunger and cravings?
This is normal especially when you take a person who has gone from eating any and everything they want, not looking a portion size or caring about how much they are eating can be hard, difficult and does have some level of discomfort.
The idea of fat loss is to be able to take in less calories than what we expend. Be able to make the new diet fun, sustainable and desirable. Fat loss should not be dreadful, it should not leave you feeling deprived and should not make you want to throw in the towel within the first week of starting.
