Today I want to talk about the all or nothing attitude that so many people have with things like food, exercise, relationships and work.  

When we over-rely on cognitive distortions, we usually interpret events in such a way that fuels emotions such as anxiety, depression, or anger. All-or-nothing thinking is one such distortion.

In this episode I will show you a new way to look at and approach circumstances in your like from another perspective.
