Valeria was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia, and at age 19, she began her career in the legal industry. She has worked in many different types of law, including worker's compensation, personal injury, immigration, and criminal cases. She has managed over 800 claims. Starting as a senior paralegal at Bader Scott Injury Lawyers, Valeria transformed into the Director of Development. In this role, she and her team created and handled software, data, and legal training. At 8 Figure Firm, she is the Director of Consulting Programs and the co-creator of Leadership.ONE - a program meant to scale businesses and find the leaders of tomorrow. Valeria specializes in development, legal and software training, and project management. She also works in developing legal training courses and CRM manuals, implementing software platform communication, and training staff. Her passion to change the game in the consulting business will eventually allow her to serve over 100 law firms nation wide.
