We have a thought that turns into a feeling.
Then we act on that feeling and become what we think about the most.
But, we can use this equation to reverse engineer this process to become who we want to become.
Ask yourself:
Who do I want to become?
How would I act to become that?
What do I need to feel to act that way?
What thoughts do I need to feel those feelings?
You have the recipe, the power to become who you want. Use it in any area of your life to become who you want to become.
