Take your thought through these questions to see if you should keep them or change them.
1. Is this thought true?
2. Is this thought helpful?
3. Is this thought kind?
When you believe God and think Phil. 4:8 thoughts…good, worthy and lovely thoughts…you change how you show up in the world. You enjoy the present moment instead of getting stuck in fear of the future.
