Does time seem like it’s flying by, and you’ve got nothing to show for it?

Life is short, and we’re all doing stuff every day, but the question is, are you doing stuff that matters?

Can you believe it’s June? I can’t believe we’re almost halfway through 2023?! Where does the time go? I have so much I want to accomplish this year, but I feel like I’ve only touched the tip of the iceberg. 

• I’m writing a book.
• Working on launching my second pilot program to help coaches, speakers and authors create their own Signature System or course.
• I have a podcast that, until recently, was five days a week, and I record another podcast with two of my accountability partners.
• I am a coach.
• Church volunteer.
• Friend and daughter.
• Not to mention a mom and wife in the middle of summer break.

Then there’s cooking, cleaning, laundry, errands…

Life is busy. More importantly, life is short. Am I doing the stuff that matters?

When I leave this earth, will I have done what matters for my family, the kingdom of God and my legacy? 

Or, like Saito says in Inception, “Do I want to take a leap of faith or become an old man (woman) filled with regret waiting to die alone?

How about you?

Set aside time regularly to move your long-term dreams forward.

I have to block time for what matters, or I’ll fill it with a bunch of crap that doesn’t mean diddly squat in an eternity.
