Coach V Torres is a Business Teacher and Career Advisor. She serves high school and college students along with career seeking adults. She also helps them with self-discovery, organization tips and time management skills. Mental health clarity has been a focus of mine for many years now. It became a lifestyle focus of mine when I turned 40 in 2018. At that time I started my MBA and juggled being a Mom, Wife, Teacher, all while taking courses on a full-term schedule. In 2018 my maternal Grandmother passed away. This was a hard death to deal with because I had her in my life for so many years. During my childhood she lived with us, so our bond was very close. I learned since then the importance of aging naturally yet gracefully. I learned to focus on me and those close to me.
