Jae-Anthony Dougan-Holder is a big-time chef in Canada, and he’s a big-time dad too. He’s shining a light on Caribbean cuisine, through his restaurant Tropikal and various pop-up kitchens too. Not to mention his appearance on the Food Network’s Top Chef Canada, which helped him bring the Caribbean’s tasty treats to the minds of many Canadians.
