Katie Spada is a former college athlete turned registered dietitian/entrepreneur. Katie was a Varsity Synchronized Swimming athlete at Ohio State University, nothing two Team National Champions in 2012 and 2015. Off the court, Katie served as Athletes in Action's Weekly Meeting Emcee, and she earned multiple academic honors as well!
During the day, Katie works as a pediatric ICU/adult IMC clinical dietitian, focusing mainly on enteral and parenteral nutrition support. At night and on the weekends, she runs her nutrition coaching business, Spada Strong Nutrition LLC.
On the podcast today, Katie shares her story, struggles, and so much wisdom. She speaks on nutrition, body image, eating disorders, and inspires all that we can embrace living in the grey, refusing to put our lives on pause -- and certainly not wait on weight loss.
