Time is the one thing that we can't get back. How we use our time determines the quality of life we will lead, whether this is for the better or worse.

Life can be hectic enough as is and it's easy to feel overwhelmed. Here in this episode, we go over some time management strategies we use to make sure that we are using our time well, that is, by using our time intentionally. By being purposeful with our time we are then able to get the mot out of our day, separating work and play and being able to get done what is needed when needed and then letting ourselves be able to enjoy our free time without any guilt.
