Think about it: did you ever get better at something by ignoring it? You only improve on your weaknesses when you push through the awkwardness of them, not be afraid to fail, and become comfortable with being uncomfortable.
When I started this podcast, I was terrible at speaking. Through reps every day and listening to myself, I'm able to improve slowly but surely and become better. The same is true with you.
