If you aren't creating a specific plan for yourself, you are setting yourself up for a lack of results. Once something "urgent" comes along, you are much more suceptible to be distracted and unfocused.
Three things are needed to setup a plan:
1. Figure out what you did
2. Determine where you want to go
3. Breakdown into bit-sized steps what it will take to get there
Where in your life are you failing to plan, and how is it affecting the results you are getting?
