In his book "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People," Steven Covey breaks down all of our daily tasks into two categories: important and urgent. If you are constantly doing things that are not important and not urgent (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, YouTube, etc) instead of the things that are Important and Not Urgent (business tasks, working out, meditating, cleaning your home, etc), you will eventually burn yourself out.
