We all have habits & routines that aren't serving us any longer. For me, getting out of bed seems to be a constant struggle to stay consistent with.

3 things to remember are:

1. Create structure in your life - a.k.a. timeblocking

2. Create context inside of that structure through to-do lists or hit lists

3. "First things first." Seems simple, but sometimes easy to forget.
