This time of year we hear words like merry, jolly, magical, wonderment, and yes, for many of us these words could describe the holiday season, and for others the holidays bring on different kinds of emotions. Sometimes this comes from work stress, family anxiety, overwhelm from busy holiday schedules or just pressure we put on ourselves to have that "perfect" holiday for our families.

This week Debbie and I discuss how to emotionally "check in" with ourselves and to know it's totally OK if the holidays don't make you skip about and sing carols all day, or if you just need some help getting a little more in that "holiday spirit" we give some great tips.

Remember, the Grinch is a loved holiday character as well...
