This week actor, costumer, and writer, Shelise Ann Sola, joins us to discuss ayahuasca, mushrooms, and plant medicine.
Shelise Ann Sola is a post-Mormon actor, costumer, and writer who grew up in Tremonton, Utah. She graduated with a BA in Fashion Design, from the International Academy of Design and Technology in Las Vegas after a study abroad in London. In 2011, she relocated to Los Angeles where she has acted in commercials for major brands as well as styled or custom-made costumes for TV and commercials. In 2017 her life took a turn when she uncovered memories of childhood abuse. Through uncanny synchronicities, she found ancient ways of healing, including sacred plant medicine, meditation, and more. As a co-host for the Mormons on Mushrooms podcast, she seeks to help others—who are going through similar transitions—find the tools they need to thrive.
