This Focus Meditation with Minimal Guidance is a 20 minute practice in which we will start the meditation together. My voice will guide you to a place of calm and focus, after which you'll be on your on for a while. Then when you hear the bell, you know it is time to come out of meditation.
This mediation practice is suitable for those who are seeking a practice with less guidance, and more time alone to "do the work".
Meditation is a great way to help manage and reduce your stress levels, making you feel better and lighter along the way.
