Hi and welcome to this meditation. This audio is best experienced when listening with headphones, as you'll clearly hear the soothing background music from ear to ear.
This meditation is part of the "lockdown series" which was launched in light of the recent 6th lockdown in Melbourne Australia. This series of meditations is focused on daily mindfulness meditations, to bring out the best in us, whilst we deal with the challenging circumstances of lockdown.
Today's practice is a slow meditation to help you become completely still. Resisting the urge to move, you'll be guided into a deep state of relaxation by my voice, then you'll have some time on your own to explore this practice. Then when you hear the bell you know it is time to come out of meditation. The purpose of this practice is to practice focus and concentration, and to become mindful of our thoughts feelings and actions that occur when we try to do something so challenging. Enjoy!
