This guided meditation is specifically designed to listen to after you have completed a workout, to help you slow down, relax and cool down. 

Often when we work out and we train hard, it is very hard to switch off and fully relax. 

Meditation is a great tool to help you relax and unwind. In turn, this deep relaxation can assist your recovery process, helping you heal quicker by slowing down your heart rate and absorbing all goodness that you have achieved during training, ensuring you reap all the benefits from exercising.
