We all live within an area called “The Comfort Zone.” It’s the arena of activities we have done often enough to feel comfortable doing them. For most of us, this includes walking, talking, driving, spending time with certain friends, making money in certain ways—all those difficult and fearful things that we now find easy and comfortable. You can imagine the comfort zone as a circle: Inside the circle are those things we are comfortable doing; outside is everything else.
