Hi friends, psyched you're here <3
Thank you so much for allowing me to post a day late. It means the world to me. Today we're talking about burnout, and frankly, I'm feeling a little burnt out myself. We're covering the difference between stress and burnout, our experience as Americans with stress and burnout, and what we can do to prevent it (to the best of our ability under capitalism). Remember to take care of yourself, drink your water, and fight the patriarchy. Love u all :)
*As a reminder, there will be no new episode on 3/30. New Episode will be out 4/6*
