Today we're talking about what narcissistic personality disorder is, narcissistic abuse, and why the language we use surrounding NPD matters. I am so excited to discuss this topic and I hope you all are just as excited to learn more about it. I feel like NPD is very misunderstood and blown out of proportion in a lot of ways. My intention with this episode is to educate, and discuss what is NPD and empathize with those who have suffered very real abuse from individuals with NPD.
