What is it?

  1. Stop all the negative self-talk and realize that our thoughts are just that, thoughts.

Where has it shown up in my life?

  1. Authenticity. Being able to detach from a situation that I can’t control. Although sometimes I do this as apathy and sometimes I do it genuinely.

Where do I want it to show up in my life?

  1. The shameful areas of my life, laziness, masturbation, bank account, my own self-image, consistency

How can you apply it to your life?

  1. Say what you’re doing and how you’re feeling and then say, “and that’s okay”
