Barbara helps service-based business owners support the backend of their operations with systems build-out, automation, and team building. A Latina girl, with big dreams, who always have been an advocate of following your passion. Realized after 15 years of corporate 7-never work office that adult life is more than just work to pay the bills, so she quit overnight in 2015, and started looking for ways to work remotely to start building a business that will allow a better lifestyle. Ended up building My Virtual Partnr with her husband, and working with great companies and teams across the world, finding passion in coaching. Now she helps small businesses & marketing teams all over the world step into their productivity with the right systems.

Dreams:

1. Barbara wants to help more people that really dislike their W2 or want to do something more, but they have limitations.
