Charles Matheus has thirty-five years’ experience as an educator, wilderness guide, and

team leader. He has led trips to the depths of the Grand Canyon and to the tallest point in

Wyoming. Along the way he taught thousands of teens and adults in effective

communication, overcoming challenges, and compassionate leadership.

Charles took that experience into the workplace where he excelled in building strong

empowered teams. He is proud of his experience harnessing collaborative energy to

develop new businesses as well as turn around stagnant programs.

Charles is also proud of his work promoting healthy masculinity. Through his podcasts,

mentoring and workshops, Charles is one of the leaders of the national conversation

encouraging men to “make the leap” and drop the rigid definitions and destructive

domination tactics to live a free and full life.
