Another week, another stride toward the new 1%! Here's what's been cooking:
1️⃣ Community Commitment: I've been busy crafting content and made a bold commitment to have my VA slide into DMs, offering our free Professional Development courses. It's a win-win, with quick cash flow for her, top-tier advertising for the New 1%, and a strong setup for the Sober Living venture.
2️⃣ Cold DMs on the Horizon: My trusty Virtual Assistant has been doing some editing and got the memo that Cold DMs are on the horizon. Exciting times ahead!
3️⃣ Sober Living & Business Credit: Our business credit is locked and loaded, coming in at 19k, which falls slightly short of our target. However, future credit options are in the pipeline, waiting for the business to take off.
4️⃣ Private Money Magic: I've been hard at work building more connections with private money lenders. The hunt for deals is back on!
5️⃣ Rehab Centers Outreach: An intriguing idea popped up while reading a book—reaching out to rehab centers to fund my Sober Living acquisitions. I'm on the hunt for a substantial list to make this idea a reality.
