Carol is a Heart-Centered Practitioner & Guide, and a student and teacher of the Spiritual Heart. After a successful corporate career, she felt a calling towards something more meaningful, which eventually led her to create and host the Hearts Rise Up Podcast (named a Top Wisdom Podcast by Feedspot} and run a digital site offering guided meditations for healing and mindset reset, coaching, and heart-centered courses for self-discovery, expanded awareness and self-mastery.
