His more than 25 years of experience as a Management Consultant in the areas of Organizational Change, Training, and Communication provide a solid foundation for helping business leaders manage change, build world-class teams, and create the business and lifestyle they love. Through his “Ditch the Chaos” methodology, he helps leaders SIMPLIFY, STRATEGIZE, and SYSTEMATIZE their business.

Harlan is the author of two books: FLIGHT PLANNING: A Pilot’s Guide to Business Success and BARNSTORMING: A Pilot’s Guide to Growing Your Business. Originally from Southern California, Harlan and his wife are now "digital nomads" roaming the country.
