Where has it shown up in my life?
I always think about leading people towards their dreams and goals and uniting it with my vision. I’m going to need a lot of people to get done what I’m going after. Aligning desires and developing people will be my most important skill.

How can you apply it to your life?
Learn to Lead yourself first. Do something that inspires you and keep commitments to yourself. Then learn human nature and how to influence people towards a common goal. A lot of it is to solely think of the other person and serve them.
