When George and I started this show, it was our intention to build a bridge between Star Trek and everything else. Well, unfortunately, the Everything Else portion of the show could never be fully achieved fully to the inability to communicate elements of Star Trek to what is actually happening around us with complete honesty. Imagine trying to talk about The Borg's famous motto, "Resistance is Futile" without looking around at what's happening throughout the world and right here in our backyard.
