Upon graduating, she grew her career in HR & Talent Acquisition with 3 of the World’s Largest Gaming & Hospitality Corporations from Michigan Ave in Chicago to the Las Vegas Strip.

After 10 yrs., Lauren embarked on her entrepreneurial journey and founded All-In Recruiting & Talent Boutique in 2018, a Certified Woman and Black owned Recruitment & Staffing firm. Within 2 years of business, she earned Fortune 100 clients and funding to scale the high-growth operation. All-In Recruiting has earned capital backing from a multi-billion dollar investment firm, Advantage Capital, as well as the Nevada based CDFI, Access Community Capital, placing her among 2.3% of women who in the U.S who obtain venture capital. She is also the winner of the 2023 Nevada Grow Grant. All-In Recruiting specializes in the placement of top talented and diverse professionals for corporations, small businesses, government entities as well as Sports & Entertainment.

Lauren is an Investor in the local, national and international start-up community. Her company is socially conscious, uplifting professionals in career transition with workforce development programming and curating events for entrepreneurs to gain access to resources and capital. She’s been featured in Rolling Out Magazine, honored by Black Image Magazine, featured on Berkshire Hathaway’s Business wire, selected by the Superbowl LVIII Business Connect Supplier program, and recently presented special recognition from Nevada’s Lt. Governor for contributions and dedication to building diversified workforces and for helping small businesses.

In 2021, Lauren created ‘Shark-ish’, a Tech Biz Pitch Contest that has now awarded over $25k to underrepresented founders locally and internationally. The success of Shark-ish has afforded her the opportunity to help create and invest in other organizations pitch competitions such as Founders Live LV & The Pink and Black Honors “The Honorable Pitch” contests with more to come. Her company has recently been awarded a contract to hire for the 2024 Super Bowl Experience in Las Vegas.
