Joshua Igeleke Jr. is an estate planning attorney and mortgage broker. Licensed to practice law in Nevada and Texas, Josh has seen first-hand how a death can rip apart a family when proper planning is not in place. As such, he has made it his mission to provide awareness of the importance of planning through free educational seminars. Josh is currently the Vice President of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Counsel.

As a mortgage broker, YLM Financial helps get individuals qualified for mortgage financing (both refinances and purchases) and coordinates the funding of the best possible loan products through various mortgage lenders.

Josh obtained his Bachelors’ Degree in Entrepreneurship and E-Business from Texas Christian University in 2003, and in 2014 he earned both his Masters in Business Administration and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
