Scott McBride is the Women’s Assistant coach at Sacred Heart University in Fairfield Connecticut and former Associate Head coach at Bridgeport University and NOGA soccer regional manager. I first met Scott back in 2006 when I started working for Noga soccer in Connecticut. In today’s episode we talk about Scott’s introduction into coaching with Noga and the many programs he has helped develop in his 23 years coaching in the U.S how he progressed his coaching career from summer camp coach to Division 1 College assistant.
