Stephen Jordan is currently the U12-U14 Girls Director at Tennessee Soccer Club. Stephen is a former Technical Director with the Long Island Rough Riders and F.A Skills Coach. He holds a UEFA B and USSF C license.
I first met Stephen when we were both participants of the USSF C License in Orangeburg NY. Today we discuss Stephens’s pathway into coaching, His role with the Long Island Rough Riders and The English FA. We also discuss his move from Long Island to Tennessee and steps to gaining Full time employment with the Tennessee Soccer Club.
