Today I am joined by Michael Cipriano and Michael Todd who are the co-owners of Gold Cost FC. A Youth Soccer Club based on the North Shore of Nassau County on Long Island New York. Coach Cipriano is a former student Athlete and graduate of Northeastern University where he gained bachelors in Business Administration. He is also the DOC on North Shore Soccer Club. Coach Todd is our first returning guest on the podcast. He is a former Student Athlete at Hofstra University and graduated with bachelors in Exercise Science and Community Health. He is also the DOC of Locust Valley Bayville Soccer club. In today’s episode we discuss Coach Cipriano’s pathway into coaching and how a club rivalry turned into a friendship and solid business partnership.
