Closing PFC was one of the hardest decisions of my career so far and breaking the news to our team was gut wrenching. I knew Paulo and I would heal and keep moving forward but I was so worried about our team. PFC was their livelihood. These women believed in our brand like it was their own. They had such an important role within our community that I knew the news would be really difficult to take.
Fast forward past the pandemic and once the wound had healed, these fierce females evolved entirely. We all agree that we are in better places now than we were before we closed for so many reasons. I wanted to take the time to connect with them to discuss how it felt initially, and what was going through this minds at the time. They both managed to pivot and transition which I am so proud of them for. We discuss how they did it and what they are up to know.
