What started for @francesca.com.au as a handmade jewellery stall at the Salamanca Markets over 10 years ago has exploded into one of Australia's most loved jewellery brands - worn by some of the country's biggest influencers and with booming online and bricks-and-mortar stores.
Today I sit down with co-founder @rachelvasicek, who runs the brand with her sister @hannah.vasicek as she takes me through the last decade and what it really takes to start and scale a business with giving back as its core value.
