Germany's network agency says monitoring Russian gas delivery situation
Fast forward to 2022 and the same Dmitry Peskov who once proclaimed benefits and guarantees for the future of Germany has changed his tune.
Peskov now threatens and blackmails while the Germans pontificate on where they went wrong.
That is my opinion.
