Manifestly inadequate'Director of Public Prosecutions Sally Dowling SC presented her case last month before Chief Justice Andrew Bell, Justice Anthony Payne, and Justice Natalie Adams in the New South Wales Court of Criminal Appeal, arguing that Supreme Court Justice Ian Harrison erred in ruling White should not serve a prison term.Former Police Officer Kristian White who said "Nah Bugger It" before landing a pair of taser probes into the body of a 95-year-old woman has been given community service.Where is the justice for the Nowland family?It is an absolute disgrace what the "Judge" has done, by not handing out any meaningful punishment, he has trivialized the life of a respected elder in the community.
