US-based Chinese professor calls on China to invade Taiwan with ‘overwhelming troops, firepower’

See that you are not troubled; for [a]all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. 7 For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, [b]pestilences, and earthquakes in various places. 8 All these are the beginning of sorrows.
Is the Chinese Government allowing this propaganda to be published, just to see the response it will get from the U.S?
If the only ramifications are sanctions then China may be well prepared to endure the short term hardship for what it views as long term gain.
But that is just my opinion.
