In part one of this episode, Lindsey Lee shares her journey through her husband's depression and suicide. Some of the topics discussed are stages of grief, trauma, triggers, symptoms of depression, signs of suicidal patterns, living through the cycle of loss, and managing major life decisions. 

This episode is dedicated to the memory of David Lee. He touched many lives in countless wonderful ways. May his legacy continue to help others who struggle with mental health and those who love them.
