During this episode, I engage C.J. Greene, licensed therapist and Mindset Coach, in a discussion regarding the intersectionality among mental health, depression, and anxiety in the church, as well as the significance therapy is or can be in the lives of Christians and people of color. We also discussed some practices and/or theologies in apostolic and prophetic circles that have proven to be harmful to individuals trying to live out their faith faithfully.
