In this episode I talk with Daniel Aipa. Daniel is the man behind the Kū Project, he served as a strength and conditioning coach at The University of Redlands in Southern California for 10 years. We get into why he started the Kū project and the meaning behined it. We discuss culture, strength training, mental health and fitness and a couple issues going on in Hawaii.
