For many years, I attracted friends and men who were emotionally unavailable, not understanding how much I was unavailable for myself. Although I was ready to commit to others, I was not committing to the most vital person in my life, which was ME. As years passed, I created a sacred space that nurtured self-love, self-worth, and self-compassion. And I am still on this journey to allow room to express my emotions. In this episode, I am discussing essential ways in which you can create a space for your emotional well-being and set yourself free from suppressing your real feelings.
