Anxiety is something we all have encountered once in our lives. In a world full of over stimulation, we are bombarded with pressure to be, do, and have more. So it is not uncommon for anxiety, depression, and other mental health issues to be at an all-time high in America. For the last fifteen years, anxiety has been a consistent challenge in my life. However, over the past several years, I have learned to implement healthy coping skills to reduce anxiety. During this episode, I will discuss my anxiety journey, how it began and where I am now in the middle of this path. Also, I will discuss various healthy coping techniques that can help ease your anxiety and institute a sense of calm in your mind, body & soul.
