I remember staying in mentally, emotionally & verbally abusive relationships because I had an addiction to suffering. I didn't feel like I deserved better because of thinking I had to suffer to earn my joy. However, when I began to realize that life doesn't have to be a battlefield and I get to create a life that institutes ease, effortlessness & enjoyment, this is when I set my soul free. When you learn that your life doesn't always have to be hard you will begin to make different choices to be intentional about living a life you love.

In this episode, I am dissecting the self-sabotaging and torment mindset that leads us to unnecessary drama and trauma in our life. I am giving three specific steps that you can take to let go of self-torment and start enjoying the life you deserve.
