We often become our worst critics with negative self-talk, self-abuse, and never appreciating how far we have come. Recently, I realized I needed to acknowledge how far I have come and how intentional I have been to accomplish my goals and encourage the effort I continue to make in my life. When I began to realize how important it is to appreciate my existence and well-being, things shifted for me.
Sometimes we become so critical of what we should do, how to be more successful, and comparing ourselves to others. However, when we perpetuate dark thoughts of not being enough, we create feelings of unworthiness, self-hate, and self-deprivation. In this episode, I am discussing ten ways you can lighten the load of negative self-talk, start celebrating all your successes and realize you are doing the best you can where you are now.
