"Comparison is the thief of joy." ~Theodore Roosevelt~

What if we believed that we were the best instead of comparing ourselves with someone else?

In a technology-induced world, the enemy of comparison & competition has plagued us all at some point in our life. Social media has made it easy to play the game of comparison with strangers we never met. The small reel of a moment in someone's life makes us question our whole existence. What can we do to take our power back & realize the only competition is becoming the best version of ourselves?

In this episode, I am discussing ways to let go of the toxic cycle of comparison, eliminate the need to look at other people's lives as a benchmark & start competing with yourself to be the best person you desire to be.
