I needed a way to get bigger thinking and bigger ideas in meetings with my associates. We decided to use the idea of a magic wand to surprise people a little, with the question “if I were to meet you at the door tomorrow and hand you a magic wand, what is one thing that you would change with a wave of that wand?”
